CADIS MGA LTD is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) under FRN 1021489. We have been providing insurance services to the Structural Warranty market since 2014. As the delegated underwriter for insurers, we provide insurance capacity and claims handling services to brokers, intermediaries and regulated warranty providers. We are the Managing General Agent (MGA) for Casualty and General Insurance Company (Europe) Limited (CGICE) providing capacity to our member brokers and partners for the provision of policies for Latent Defects, Performance Bonds and Insurance Backed Guaratees. Through our warranty providers we have approved and issued to date 10,000 + final certificates for Latent Defects insurance for completed building projects. We also issue policies for Performance Bonds and Insurance Backed Guarantees. We have a dedicated team for each insurance product ready to provide specialist Insurance solutions to include the requirements of Property Developers and Contractors. CADIS have no direct clients for these products and only distribute through Brokers on an exclusive basis for each client.
